I liked that the prices was shown clearly right from the start. No random extra fees popped up when I got to checkout, which don’t happen that often. It made it easy for me to pick what fit my budget.

"Packaging could’ve been better, I think"
The chair did show up in one piece, so I guess that’s the main thing. The box was beat up when it arrived though, which made me a little nervous. There was foam inside, but it seemed like it had shifted around during shipping. I only noticed a small scuff, so maybe I’m being a bit picky, but I do feel like it could’ve been packed more securely.

"Damaged chair, but they took care of it"
One of the chairs arrived with some shipping damage, which was annoying at first, but I reached out to affordableseating.net and they replied quickly, asked me to send over a few pictures, and then got a replacement part sent out without dragging it into some huge complicated process, so while it wasn’t ideal, I appreciated how easy they made it to get the issue fixed.

Chair was basically like the pictures and the size stuff they listed, so no big surprise there. The color came out a little darker than I thought it would, but not by a ton. Overall, the description was accurate and it’s about what I expected

"Easy return and a quick refund"
I accidentally ordered the wrong chair size from affordableseating.net and figured the return was going to be a pain, or actually, I was kind of expecting it to be one. But their support got back to me quickly and told me exactly what to do. I sent it back, and a few days after they received it, the refund showed up. Really smooth overall and I didn’t have to keep following up. Definitely 5 stars from me...

"Install Help Was Actually Really Good"
I ordered some chairs from Affordable Seating and had a couple questions once we started putting them together. I called support and the guy I talked to was easy to get ahold of, which was a nice surprise. He walked us through what we were missing without making us feel dumb about it. Then suddenly it was like, okay, crisis over, everything made sense. The install went smoothly after that. Really appreciated the help and I’d definitely order from them again.

I ordered a set of chairs from affordableseating.net, the pictures on the site matched them well. The shape, stitching, and little details all looked the same when they showed up, so it wasn’t one of those “wait, what did I order?” moments.
The color was maybe just a touch darker in person than it looked on my screen, but that could’ve easily been the lighting or my monitor. Compared to other furniture I’ve bought online, it was more... well, it just felt accurate enough. Overall, I’m happy with them and would order again.
